Philip Williams is a Canadian actor, who portrays Thomas Lynde in Anne with an E (2017–2019).
Williams played Mr. Duncan in Road to Avonlea (1990–1996), and provided the voice of Mr. Breen in Anne of Green Gables: The Animated Series (2000–2001).
