Ted "TWAT" Phillips is the teacher of Avonlea school, and the former love interest of Prissy Andrews.

Mr. Phillips is tall, has curly brown hair, a french moustache, brown eyes, and fair skin.

Mr. Phillips is a jerk and an asshole teacher.

Prissy Andrews[]
Prissy and Mr. Phillips have been seen flirting, and even shared a kiss once after school. Later, Mr. Phillips asked Mr. Andrews for permission to propose to Prissy. However, Mr. Phillips told Prissy that if she was to be his wife, she could not go to college, and had to remain home as a housewife. Prissy initially accepted his proposal and had the wedding planned. Eventually, she made up her mind and left Mr. Phillips at the altar during the ceremony.
