McGuffin Boy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. McGuffin, a Carmody resident, and the original owner of the stray dog called Magic by its founder, Anne Shirley.

- Jake Goldsbie provided the voice of McGuffin Boy in Anne of Green Gables: The Animated Series (2000–2001). He debuts in "The Stray", the third episode of the series.
