Hank Stinson is a Canadian stage actor who portrayed various roles in Anne of Green Gables: The Musical˜ and Anne & Gilbert, most notably Matthew Cuthbert in the 1990s and 2010s productions of the Charlottetown musical.

Stinson is also the author of musicals based on Lucy Maud Montgomery's works – Rainbow Valley, The Blue Castle and Emily of New Moon.

Biography

Stinson played Mr. Phillips in the 1984 and 1985 seasons of Anne of Green Gables: The Musical. In the 1990s, he was cast as Matthew Cuthbert and he later repeated the role in 2015. He also portrayed the role as Minister (2005–2006). Stinson is returning to play Matthew in the upcoming 2016 season of the musical.

Hank Stinson also appeared in the Summerside production of Anne & Gilbert, where he played Stationmaster (2008) and Mr. Sloane (2010).
