Diana Barry is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barry, the older sister of May, the wife of Fred Wright and the best friend of Anne Shirley.

Portrayal

• Ravyn Hohneke portrayed Diana in Green Gables Fables (2014–2016), an American-Canadian web series and the modern vlog adaptation of Anne of Green Gables. Ravyn was also a former cinematography director of the series. She debuts in "A Real Person", the ninth episode of Season 1.

Trivia

• Diana's original description on the official website was: Realist. Sarcastic. Gentle. Diana lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, with her parents and younger sister May. Diana loves reading fantasy novels, playing piano and flute, and discovering new music. Diana may appear shy and withdrawn upon first impression, but is a genuine "kindred spirit" with an optimistic outlook and a surprising wit. Her calm, organized nature beautifully compliments Anne’s chaotic free spirit, which can appear overbearing at times.
