Alexander Abraham was an Avonlea resident, the brother of Matilda Abraham, a well known woman hater, and a friend of Rachel Lynde.

Alexander became quarantined together with Sara Stanley, Felix King and Rachel Lynde.

Trivia

• The 2012 version of the official Road to Avonlea website describes him as, Alexander Abraham’s house was under quarantine for small box. When Rachel Lynde came to investigate while Abraham’s hired boy was missing her Sunday school classes, she accidentally became quarantined herself.
  
  After a dare, Sara’s Stanley and Felix King also became imprisoned in the quarantine. The mix of young children and the Rachel Lynde’s strict disciplinarian approach cause friction at first, but everyone involved was able to overcome the ordeal and eventually became friends during the process.
